Tiffany was only able to stay with us for a few days so we hope she is able to return sometime in the near future. We have so many more incredible things to show her in our beautiful state! Ad by Google AdSense ## Update on Keith's physical therapy 🏋️ 🚵 Keith's physical therapy for his patellar tendon is coming along very well. His physical therapist is impressed by his dedication to the program and his progress thus far. His patellar tendon is still healing and it will take at least a few more weeks for it to fully heal. Also, due to the major adjustments from his recent bike fitting, Keith needs to be extra cautious to allow his body time to become accustomed to its new position on his bike. Even with all these caveats, it is very comforting to Keith to start to feel like things are returning to normal. ## Our 17th wedding anniversary 🍾 🥂 This Sunday was our 17th wedding anniversary!!! 🥳 It's hard to believe that we have been married for 17 years already. We decided to keep the celebration low-key this year since we were recently on a trip to [Gulf Shores, Alabama](https://www.gulfshores.com/?ref=keithandlindsey.com) and Lindsey had also just returned from a trip to [Redfish Lake](https://redfishlake.com/?ref=keithandlindsey.com) in Idaho. To celebrate, we headed out to South Jordan, UT to have lunch at [Sukihana Japanese Cuisine](https://www.sukihanasouthjordan.com/?ref=keithandlindsey.com). We didn't take any pictures inside because the place was packed. Also, the pictures wouldn't do it justice since it sort of looks like a standard grocery store until you look closer and see that nearly everything in the store is of Asian origin.
