Some years, we splurged on going out to a Thanksgiving dinner buffet such as the [over-the-top buffet at Snowbird](https://www.snowbird.com/activities-events/events/events-calendar/thanksgiving/?ref=keithandlindsey.com). Since it was just going to be the two of us this year, we decided to keep the meal small and forgo cooking a whole bird in favor a only cooking a turkey breast. For accompaniments, we included green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, stuffing, dinner rolls, and homemade cranberry sauce. YUM! 😋 Everything was delicious and really reminded us of celebrating Thanksgiving with our families. We hope that you were able to enjoy Thanksgiving as well. Let us know how you celebrated in the comments below. Ad by Google AdSense ## Black Friday shopping spree! 🛍️ 💸 We have each been keeping a list of items that we wanted to purchase on Black Friday... Keith's list consisted of a lot of bike maintenance parts due to the wear and tear caused by the [2025 Tour Divide race](https://keithandlindsey.com/keiths-midlife-crisis-racing-the-2024-tour-divide-announcement-part-1-of-2/) and the training leading up to the race. Keith also purchased some computer equipment to allow him to build out a "[homelab](https://stormagic.com/company/blog/what-is-homelab/?ref=keithandlindsey.com#:~:text=A%20homelab%20is%20a%20self,and%20often%20a%20career%20accelerator.)," which will be used to host the software services that make our TV, DVR, and other home services operate. She ordered some clothing and a few other products that she had been wanting.
