Lindsey was out sick π€§ π‘οΈ
Lindsey caught the same cold that Keith had the prior week. This meant that she wasn't feeling good all weekend and wasn't able to do much. Thankfully, she is feeling much better now. π

Keith was on L2 support again this week. That meant that he could go out on bike rides or ski this week. π₯ Thankfully though, he didn't have to respond to any active incidents during this rotation.

Chinese fast-food dinner π π¨π³
Since Lindsey was sick, we didn't really get to enjoy a date-night dinner this week. Lindsey was feeling well enough on Sunday that we were finally able to get out of the house. We went to Happy Dragon Express, a local Chinese take-out restaurant for dinner. The food was tasty, mall-style Chinese food.

We each ordered a selection of entrees including General Tso's Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, Hot and Sour Soup, and Cheese Wontons. Everything was good but nothing was really stand out. This is a good stop if you want inexpensive, fast Chinese food but it's definitely not a date-night stop.
