Lindsey's second PRP round 👨⚕️🩼
Lindsey had her second, and hopefully final, round of PRP injections this week. So far, her recovery has been much smoother this time. She did not get a latent fever, and she is already able to walk better than she could after the first injection. 🙌

During the procedure, Dr. Chappel uses ultrasound to guide the needle. The ultrasound showed very promising results in the healing of Lindsey's LCL tear. The tear is not fully repaired yet, but we could see how much fuller the connecting fibers were in the tear site. We are both hopeful that she will make a full recovery over the next few months.
Keith's sweaty indoor training sessions 💦 🚴♂️
Keith was on L2 support again... This meant that he couldn't do any outdoor rides this week. That didn't stop Keith from getting in some serious indoor training sessions, though. 😄 The Rouvy virtual cycling platform is the perfect training tool for situations like this.

Keith took on two big rides with his limited indoor training time. The first was Stage 2 of the "Tour of the Alps 2026" collection. This route featured a very challenging ~2,000-foot (610-meter) climb near the end. Keith also took on a 37-mile (60-kilometer) section of the famous Unbound Gravel race course in Kansas. As you can see from the photos, Keith put in a solid effort on these rides. 😅
Date night dinners at home 🍗 🍜
Keith has been in charge of all cooking and grocery shopping since Lindsey is still recovering from the PRP injections. To kick off the week, Keith cooked up some delicious jerk chicken legs with black beans & rice and a side salad.

Later in the week, Keith slow-cooked a pork roast in the crockpot, marinated in a teriyaki glaze with sweet peppers, onions, and pineapple. For sides, Keith sauted broccoli and cauliflower in a garlic-sesame sauce along with lightly-spiced chopped sweet potatoes. The teriyaki pork turned out deliciously! 😋
