Lindsey is in Florida 🛫 🏖️
Lindsey headed to Florida this week with her mom and her friend Thea. They are spending a week at the Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina in Fort Myers Beach, FL. Lindsey is really looking forward to reconnecting with her mom and Thea. Lindsey will fill you all in on the details when she returns to Utah. For now, here are some pics that she has shared with me.

Keith got the Jeep back 🚴♂️ 🏙️
Last week, the Jeep wouldn't start after Keith's day out mountain biking at Snowbird. Thankfully, the shop that towed it off the mountain was able to find and fix the problem! 🎉 The issue turned out to be a small, broken piece of metal in the security controls within the key cylinder. This broken piece of metal caused the key to not be able to fully engage in the "start" position, thus never allowing the starter motor to turn over. This made it appear that the starter had failed when it actually hadn't.
Keith was excited to hear that the Jeep was fixed. However, there was just one problem... how was Keith going to be able to pick up the Jeep since Lindsey was in Florida? 🤔 Keith, being Keith, decided to turn this predicament into a cycling opportunity. He created a route from our home in Orem, UT, to the auto shop in Sandy, UT. The route covered a little over 40 miles (64 kilometers), nearly all of which was on dedicated bike paths.

Keith had ridden this route between Orem, UT, and Draper, UT several times before. However, this was his first time continuing north towards Sandy, UT. It was exciting for Keith to explore new areas on his bike. Keith's plan worked out perfectly as he was able to leave work a little early, pedal hard, and pick up the Jeep before the shop closed.
Keith wasn't feeling well 😴 🤕
Unfortunately for Keith, he wasn't feeling too well this weekend. A combination of a busy work week plus an incoming storm left him with a headache and a general sense of being drained. Keith decided to take some time to rest and recover, so he didn't get out to do any fun outdoor activities. Instead, he stayed indoors, watched TV, and worked on his computer projects. Keith did decide to treat himself to some pizza delivery, though! 🍕 This should be more than enough pizza to feed Keith until Lindsey returns from her trip. 🤣
