Lindsey is preparing for a second round of PRP π π¨ββοΈ
Lindsey is finally feeling better from her initial round of PRP. π We were able to address her fever, and she is starting to walk around a lot easier. Now, she is preparing for the second, and hopefully final, PRP injection.

We are both hopeful that this second round will go more smoothly than the first. πThe fever that she had really set her recovery process back. So, hopefully this round will be less painful and a faster recovery.
2026-2027 ski passes are purchased! β·οΈ πΈ
We once again purchased Snowbird Summit Passes for next year's ski season. We are excited to ski at Snowbird again since we really didn't get to ski much this year due to various reasons, but mainly the poor snow year. We are hopeful that next season will at least return to typical snowfall levels.

Typically, we try to ski for around 30 days each season. This year, we only skied 19 or 20 days, and 4 of those days were at Red Mountain in Canada. Neither of us got to experience any powder skiing, so we really felt like we missed out on an entire ski season. π
Snowbird closing weekend β·οΈ π
On Saturday, Keith met up with our friends Brandon and Stephanie at Snowbird for the closing weekend. Keith was excited to get one more ski day in before the season ended, but he wasn't sure what the conditions would be like since it had been so warm all spring.

The coverage on the lower portions of the mountain was very thin. So much so that Keith had to walk part of the usually skiable cat road to access the tram and Peruvian lift.

Thankfully, the upper mountain and most of Mineral Basin still had great coverage! π Keith and Brandon ripped a few early laps in Mineral Basin while they waited for Stephanie to arrive. It didn't take long for the sun to warm up the mountain and turn the hardened snow into smooth, creamed corn. π

The trio spent the afternoon skiing the frontside of Peruvian Gulch, ending the day with a super fun lap on Upper Silver Fox. The weather was beautiful, and the conditions were great. It was the perfect way to wrap up a short and rough ski season.
Keith worked Mother's Day support π§βπ» πΉ
On Sunday, Keith spent the day providing on-call support for the company he works for. Mother's Day is one of the biggest days of the year for his company, so it is important to have eyes on all critical operational aspects of the systems Keith's team is responsible for.

Thankfully, the day went smoothly, and no significant issues were encountered. This made Keith's job easy! π
